Tours

The Yale Glee Club is among the best-traveled choruses in the world, with more accrued mileage than probably any other collegiate performing ensemble and rivaled by few other choruses of any category. Domestic travel has been a defining feature of the group since its tour in 1861 to the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and an extensive winter tour in the United States and sometimes Canada is a highlight of each season. Since first embarking on overseas travel in 1928, the Yale Glee Club has visited some 60+ countries on  six continents. In recent seasons, the Yale Glee Club has traveled to Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, Florida, Hawaii, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, The Czech Republic, France, Spain, Turkey, Cuba, China, Mexico, South Africa, the UK, and Kenya.

Tours

For its Winter Tour, the Yale Glee Club collaborated in Portland, ME with the innovative arts organization Classical Uprising for a day of community singing workshops and a joint concert with their youth choir. The members are grateful to the Thomas family for the kind invitation.
